2022 Tour Dates
We’re delighted to bring you news of some ILT live shows in the UK later this year. We will be bringing the loud noises and hellscape visuals to two beautiful rooms in Leeds and London at the beginning of autumn, and then doing a little tour in December. This will see our first show in Scotland for an age and our first shows ever at the legendary Hebden Bridge Trades Club and in the fair city of Sunderland. It’s always a pleasure to break new ground.
Tickets are still available for our much-delayed European tour in October. Unfortunately, the promoter for our Berlin and Leipzig dates has gone out of business. We have hastily rearranged those gigs, with another venue change in Berlin. You will need to purchase new tickets for these shows. We’re seeking clarification on what will happen regarding refunds on the old tickets, but we’d suggest you go back to the point of purchase and request your money back if it hasn’t happened automatically. Apologies for the inconvenience.
It’s a reminder of how difficult it is to make live music work at the moment. When we started planning and budgeting the EU leg of our tour over two years ago, we didn’t anticipate quite how much things would change by the time we’d get to play. We knew Brexit would make things more difficult and expensive, and now the rise in fuel costs is compounding the issue. We’re fortunate enough to be in a position to swallow the loss, but we need you to buy tickets and bring your friends to make it work. Many young, upcoming artists aren’t so lucky, so if you see someone you like heading your way, make sure you get out to support them if you can. Global politics is a shitshow, and the very best antidote to that lies at the fringes of the arts.
Tickets for UK dates and the new Berlin and Leipzig shows will go on-sale at 9am tomorrow morning.
With love,
ILT
